Semi-gastronomic restaurant in Sarlat
The fine dining at the ***Hotel La Hoirie celebrates the local produce of Périgord region
The Dordogne is a very diverse region, with many facets and a magnificent terroir, a land of delicacies that makes it one of the jewels in the crown of French gastronomy, led, of course, by the unmissable foie gras, truffles, strawberries, walnuts, ceps and Bergerac wines.
A terroir that is expressed with generosity and skill at the table of the hotel restaurant La Hoirie.
In charge of the kitchen, chef Stéphane Simon is putting his talent and experience acquired in prestigious establishments in Toulouse and Perpignan to good use. As a passionate chef who respects its products and culinary traditions, he creates a delicious home-cooked cuisine that sublimates the Périgord region. Fresh, local, seasonal produce is served up in the cosy setting of the old rotisserie with its majestic fireplace, under the light-filled veranda or on the courtyard terrace in fine weather.
The restaurant is only open in the evening from 7pm to 9pm (9.30pm from 1 June to 30 September).
